I have a shopping list of items such as solar panels, wedding photographer, wedding music, etc., that I’d like to trade my web services for. The goal is to exchange time, not money, for the items I’m looking for. However I’m concerned that I might be breaking some rules or may need to be taxed for such trades. Is this the case? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Yes. Nothing wrong with paying taxes as it means your business is making money.

Trade for business related expenses and you can write them off. Such as flyers, business cards, advertising, accounting…the list goes on for people that need web services.

Any loan officers out there who can help me with this? I want to buy residential rental properties in the Phoenix, AZ area with 40% down. I would prefer to do so without a PG if possible. If impossible, or significantly better terms are available with a PG, I’m open to it. Would like 30 year fixed loans (conforming loan amounts). Any feedback is appreciated.

You probably won’t find anyone who will do the loan without it being guaranteed personally unless it is a portfolio program and those are usually ARM’s and then the LLC would have to have established credit and income to be able to qualify for the loan by itself. World Savings used to do these loans. I don’t know if Wachovia is continuing with that program or not. They used to do it, but usually it required a personal guarantee.

You might check with WAMU, too.

I don’t believe that freddie and fannie will allow a property to be vested in an LLC. They certainly won’t allow the LLC to be the borrower.

What about putting the properties in a trust? That could work with agency programs although you are still the borrower and the trust would have to be approved. Just a thought.

I like using either vellum (the textured side rather than the smooth) or special charcoal pads. You can both at Michael’s or other general craft stores. Anything with a bit of tooth to it will give you a good texture and grip.

Looking for a contemporary comedy scene from a play for a male and female, we are both college students that could play up to early thirties. I would prefer we played twenties – but anything works at this point. Thanks.

For all those corporate buildings of the big corporations and goverment, which are the guidelines to become their artist?

How can the artist become favorite of the corporations and goverment?

Governments adopt Committees and a panel selection process. THey may pay little to hire them; in fact teh artist simply gets teh publicity.

Private companies simply use artists who are famous, and have already made an impact /staement by their works. They may pay large sums to hire them.

I am working with a triangular lot and I am having a lot of trouble designing a duplex to fit this strange shape.
