I am currently an interior design major but I really want to do all sorts of design like design interiors AND do fashion. Do I need to go to grad school? What do I need to do to be able to do both?? THANK YOU!
Get an entry-level job in a fashion house. Network, until you find one, and more importantly, someone who can tell you what they are looking for in the portfolios they look at. There are, believe it or not jobs out there. Not all creative ones, but you’ll have your foot in the door.
I have action replay. I want to remove the buildings and put seeded ones wherever I want, so I basically want to clear the town and change the location of the buildings and stuff. Is there a code for that?
No theres not. but if you erase your town and build another you might get different arrangements.

athlon ii x4 and phenom ii x4 has same manufacturing tech and l2 cache which means they’re similar athlon ii is cheaper but phenom has more potential. as for the video card both have 512mb of memory but the ati card is faster

in England – you really dont need anything as far as i am aware – you are bale to do some small qualifications and NVQ while you work they are that stuck for staff over here – the hours are vey long and the wages are poor – i think you can start at level one at the end of the spectrum and work you way up – you just need to be clean and punctual and have common sense

When two buildings are built together (connected or touching) at different times, what is the determining factor on whether or not they are separate buildings or one is an addition to the existing? Also when two existing buildings are connected by later construction what is the determining factor on which building the new construction is an addition to and whether the two buildings remain separate or should they be combined into one?
Building Codes cover this area very well.
A building is considered as one if any of the following are true: common footer and or foundation, connecting walls, common roof, etc.
If a building is in existence and latter added on to, then the new structure is an addition to the existing structure. If two separate buildings exist and a common structure ties them together, then the newly build structure is the addition.
Im 15, almost 16 and ive been designing houses for awhile. Most of my houses are large, in excess of 5000 sq ft and beyond. The houses that i have designed are extremely detailed and I think are good enough to be an architects work, not bragging but I beleive they are very good. Are you able to get in contact with firms and see if they would want to buy the plans from you? My plans are only drawings of the sides of the house and floorplans, enough for a real architect to carry on.
I don’t think they’d be interested because many architects have several of their own designs they’d really love to see built, but unfortunately, not all of those make it past the drawing board. This isn’t to discourage you though, you are quite young and seem very interested in the field.. compile your work into a portfolio, it could earn you an internship or impressive job someday =)
