Indian Residential School-Apology by PM Stephen Harper-Pt.1
Formal Apology to residential School

Prime Minister Stephen Harper issued a historic apology for more than a century of abuse and cultural loss involving Indian residential schools.
The Prime Minister acknowledged the government’s role in removing and isolating children from their homes, families and culture.
Speaking in the House of Commons Harper acknowledged, “The treatment of children in Indian residential schools is a sad chapter of our history,” “Some sought, as was infamously said, to kill the Indian in the child.”
Harper continued, “This policy was wrong, caused great harm and has no place in our country,”
Residential school survivors from across Canada — many wearing traditional clothing — filled the House of Commons, which postponed other business for the day, to hear the Government of Canada’s official apology, which began at 3 o’clock.
Close to 150,000 First Nations, Inuit and M?tis children were removed from their communities throughout most of the last century and forced to attend residential schools.

Drawing Heath Ledgers Joker, The Dark Knight, Nathan Wyburn
READ: Here i draw The Joker with Boldmere Graphite, played by the late Heath Ledger in what i belive is the greatest comic book movie of all time, The Dark Knight.
I drew a very rough faint outline before recording to prevent any major mishaps while recording. I decided to add red paint over the smile of the joker, to add to its effect. Its not meant to be precise and neat, its meant to just be rough over, like the jokers real make up.
Total Drawing time = 1hr 24mins

Cramped into 10 minutes, i present you an update of my Skyscraper video. A lot has changed in the skyscraper world since April. New stats, new construction photos, and a recession, delaying several projects.
I put quite a bit of effort into eliminating the moire patterns from the 2008 video, the overall image quality greatly improved. However, due to the larger format of my composition (960×720), i couldn’t always take the “best” photos, since many come in very small resolution.
If i ever make an update, it’ll have to be a two-part video, unless YouTube changes their policies. So this better stay accurate for a very long time 
I didn’t attempt to include Nakheel Tower and the various Korean supertall projects, as their construction is unpredictably far in the future (~2020), and i didn’t have any room left anyway, hah.

I’m looking to develop a medical billing software for a client, and I want it to include a feature to check insurance elegibility of patients online like Kareo (www.kareo.com).
I was wondering where I can find information on the web services (REST/SOAP) or APIs the health insurance companies provide to check the insurance of elegibility of patients online and in real time?
Insurance eligibility is rarely realtime – as it takes insurance companies up to six weeks to process changes.
You will probably have to buy something glike Kareo.
