How do I get a residential property qualified as "agricultural" in order to get a tax break?
I recently purchased a single-family home on 7.3 acres in Lake County, Florida and want to have the property designated as agricultural instead of residential to get a break on taxes. What criteria (quantity/type of animals, quantity/type of plants, size/type of structures, etc.) must be met in order to qualify for the change? go down to your building and zoning office in your county (probably at the courthouse) and ask what the qualifications are and if it is possible to have your property rezoned

What is a good processor for computer gaming, but is also affordable, what is the most important factor?
I am looking for a game processor, I would love to have the AMD Phenom 9850 quad core but is expensive, in comparison is this processor to much for what I need, as in is there another processor that I can get that will do what I want for cheaper. I am not an extreme gamer but almost there. Also what is the most important factor in looking for a processor?
Ummm… it really depends on what you are working with and what you consider low price.

Sooooo… I would say you are out of luck if you can’t afford that. Seeing as I have no budget to work with, all I can say is that 120$ for a quad core processor is not a bad deal… at all.
I would say go with the i7 860, it is 200$…
What makes a processor good? It really can’t be narrowed down to one thing, in fact it’s how many things work together.
The reason the i7’s are so good is because the use a QPI interface which is not the usual cache L1 and L2 etc that you find in most intel chips. Also the overclockability of the i7 Nine Series, you can get the 920 for 270$ and take it from 2.67 ghz to 4ghz on an air system. It also utlizes SLI components. And last but not least its motherboard x-58 which utilizes tri channel ram… Not just DDR3. There is ddr3 ram that is made for dual channel and is used for many processors including the i7 860 and i5 series, which makes them perform less.
I use the i7 as an example because it is simply the best processor in the market today… Until the i9 comes out in February.
If 120$ for a quad core is too expensive then you better start looking at dual cores.

That is called an architect.
An interior designer is a licensed professional (as is architect) who is the type of person who helps out on the show trading spaces. They "design interiors." They will usually be knowledgeable in fabric, color, material, and geometric organization.
A professional home designer is usually a person who is not licensed or registered and draws up house plans. They call themself home designer because they are not licensed and not allowed to use architect.
An architect is a registered professional licensed to practice architecture and design buildings (including homes)
How much would you charge to do the drawings in a coloring book?
The coloring book would be part of a monthly preschool homeschool curriculum. The drawings would be simple so that a 3 or 4 year old could do them. We’re looking at 20 pages a month.
We would probably post this on guru or elance, but right now we’re just trying to get a range of what people would charge, we’re not soliciting bids.
I would say $200-400 per book.
How can I get my contemporary art work to an exhibition?

What are some ways to make future buildings more energy efficient?
I am planning on becoming an architect and I really believe we need to make buildings more energy efficient, not only because it helps save money but also because we conserve mother nature. I need ideas such as locations and type of material and maybe even shape of building.
One of the best ways is to paint all (major building) rooftops from mid-south america and southward white so as to reduce energy absorption.
This solar energy absorption creates a massive influx of wasted electrical energy via air conditioning every minute especially in the cooling months.
I have heard that LA is underway as I write this to undertake this in order to create more efficient city.
This is a phenomenal way to create less waste ie.(coal burning to create electricity that pollutes with carbon greenhouse gases that cause warming)
White is a naturally reflective color and obviously dark is not. Hence, solar absorption is limited and therefore, cooling is also curbed.

I need to draw the exterior of a house in two point perspective. When architects draw the exterior of houses are they to scale… i tried doing it to scale but the sides were smaller than the center. Do architects just kind of guess or is there a technique?

You definitely want the sides to look smaller. It doesn’t mean that they are actually smaller; they just appear that way on a 2D surface.
