How do I become a High School Interior design teacher?

Ok, I have officially decided that i love everything about interior design, and want it to be my major. However, I have sparked a new found passion within the last year of my life, and have decided that I also want to do teaching at the secondary level. My only problem is discovering how to be a high school teacher who would teach interior design.

You’ll have to major in Family and Consumer Sciences (FACS) and tack on Secondary Education. You might not actually get the opportunity to teach interior design your very first year, but hang on to it and you’ll get there. Good luck!

Hey Guru..
I wish there was a way to talk to the other contributors as well. I hate giving out my email address to the world but I would sure like to sometimes..I just bite my tongue and go on…
As far as pics go photobucket will work if you scan the sketch in as a jpeg file. However to view it you have to open another window and try to answer while going back and forth..same thing for any text added…By the way I have enjoyed reading your answers as I see them…From the E…..

what’s the difference between classic and contemporary?

i dont know and someone at my work wants to know what my new house is going to be like. Classic or contemporary. I dunno….

Anything labeled as classic to me, always means older,
contemporary is modern, whatever is popular now.

What man-made buildings and natural monuments use the golden ratio?

Can you tell me what significant buildings or churches use the golden ratio. Also can you tell me if there are any natural thing (eg. grand canyon) that aren’t man-made use the golden ratio.

Wikipedia has a great section on the golden ratio as it applies to architecture (section 3.1 under the topic "Golden Ratio"). There they state that "…studies of the Acropolis, including the Parthenon, conclude that many of its proportions approximate the golden ratio. "

As for natural things, one famous example is the Nautilus Shell. While the shell is said to be a "golden spiral" it is in fact not. It is more of a logarithmic spiral that is close to a golden spiral which is based on the golden ratio. But in fact it has been seen that the golden ratio appears in the veins of leaves, veins of the nervous systems of animals, and even in the geometry of crystals.

9/11: Total Proof That Bombs Were Planted In The Buildings!

Sorry for the audio being slightly out of sync. All of the individual news reports in this video can be found on YouTube and other video sites.

Bombs, explosions, secondary explosions, explosive devices….how many more times do we need to hear these words being said by 9/11 witnesses before we start asking questions about what really happened on that awful day?

This video shows that many actual 9/11 witnesses heard and saw explosions going off inside the towers, long before they actually fell. These witnesses include police, firemen and reporters.

And what is even more shocking is the fact that all of this has been largely ignored by the mainstream media after the day itself.

For those debunkers who wish to keep saying that the explosions were caused by gas lines, please save your breath. All of the three buildings that were blown up on 9/11 were all Class-A buildings. This means that gas lines were not permitted because the buildings had to comply with the safety regulations set out for Class-A buildings. So there were no gas lines!

We really need to wake up to the facts and ask questions. If we don’t, what does that say about us?
