Speed Charcoal Drawing – Megan Fox – Theportraitart
check out my site: http://www.ThePortraitArt.com
I did this quick drawing to test out the new camera, turns out that the cam is too sensitive to light changes and keeps auto adjusts contrast, even when the option is set to manual. Need to do some more test later

I don’t understand how someone can get something like an eyebrow so defined before moving onto the rest of the drawing. I figured doing that would really mess up the proportion later and you’d have to erase all that detail.

Why isn’t this person a partner, this is some amazing talent that should be earning some money. Youtube probably only allows people who change the pitch of their voice, make stupid songs, act gay or tell the news to be partner. I can draw but it’s nothing compared to this.

Looks like a fine …
Looks like a fine charcoal pencil to allow for those super dark black tones, a blending stump, and a broader piece of charcoal to block in the big areas of black. That seems to be about it from what I can see. The paper is probably on the smoother side to allow for fine details and the smooth blending.
